These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website orveniq.com (hereinafter the "Platform"), operated by Orveniq S.A.S. By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Nature of the service
Orveniq operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with projects in the real estate sector in Argentina. The Platform is informational in nature and facilitates participation in investment opportunities. Orveniq is not a financial entity regulated by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) nor is it registered as a securities agent with the National Securities Commission (CNV).
3. Requirements for use
To use the Platform you must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Argentine law. • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. • Accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
4. Investment information
The information published on the Platform about real estate projects is informational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. The estimated returns presented are projections based on prior analysis and do not represent a guarantee of profitability. All investments carry risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital.
5. Investment risks
By participating in projects through the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that: • Real estate projects may suffer delays, cost overruns, or may not achieve planned objectives. • Past returns are not indicative of future results. • There is a risk of illiquidity: your investment may not be easily convertible to cash before the project matures. • Macroeconomic, regulatory, or market factors may negatively affect results. Orveniq recommends investing only funds whose eventual loss would not compromise your personal financial situation.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Orveniq S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law 11,723). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content on the Platform is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Orveniq does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors on the Platform. We shall not be liable for: • Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. • Investment decisions made based on published information. • Technical interruptions, viruses, or other elements that may affect your equipment. • Actions or omissions of third parties linked to published projects.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations. By using the Platform, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with said policy.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other venue that may correspond to them.
10. Modifications
Orveniq reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the site after publication of modifications implies acceptance thereof.
